Refund policy

We take great care in inspecting all our products before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is defective or faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. In such cases, we can provide an exchange or store credit once the goods have been returned to us in their original condition.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
